Conflict Resolution Kit

Welcome. This Conflict Resolution Kit will provide you with everything you need to resolve conflicts amicably between co-founders, teammates, and leadership teams. It is applicable to most 1-1 conflicts, regardless of whether two people are at different levels, different departments, or have different personalities.
